The Vibrational Scale

The following is a graduated scale of emotion which illustrates how emotions vary from higher to lower according to frequency of vibration.  Better feeling emotions (and the thoughts they are produced from) are a higher vibration that negative-feeling emotions.

Each level of emotion can be thought of as a radio frequency.  When you are on the frequency of Frustration, you attract more frustrating thoughts and also frustrating situations.  When you are on the frequency of appreciation, you attract more appreciative thoughts and more things to appreciate. 

The dividing line between positive and negative emotions is the difference between attracting positive or negative manifestations.
